2. Account and Dealer Information Accuracy
You represent that all information provided—including dealer registrations, GST details, and contact numbers—is accurate and current. Inaccurate information may result in immediate suspension of catalogue access and communication services.
3. Communication via WhatsApp and Email
By registering as a dealer, you consent to receive business-critical communications, including product updates, catalogue links, and pricing offers, via WhatsApp and email. You can opt-out at any time, but doing so may limit your ability to receive timely market updates.
4. Pricing and Offers
All prices and offers listed in our digital catalogue are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed only at the time of order placement. Pooja Distributors reserves the right to modify or withdraw trade offers at its sole discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pooja Distributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our communication channels or catalogue services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Karnataka.
